Shipping/Delivery Information

All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Orders placed after 4pm will ship the next business day.
We do not ship outside the United States (Continental United States), Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and Alaska only.

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipments will go UPS ground unless otherwise specified.


Returns/Exchanges

Utopia warrants your product to be free from mechanical defects. Utopia guarantees a full refund minus shipping if product is returned within the 30 day period of purchase. No refunds after the 30 day return policy has expired.

No R.A. (return authorization) number is needed. Please include original or a copy of the original Invoice/Receipt or Packing Slip along with all the original items and original packaging. Items must be in undamaged, unmarked, unscratched condition. Please include a short note about why you are not satisfied if possible.

Utopia. reserves the right to refuse product returns deemed damaged or unusable.


Warranty Information

Utopia stands behind each and every one of it’s products; we pride ourselves on new product innovation, durable quality, distinct styling and unbeatable value.

Utopia will repair or replace, at our option, your goggle at no charge. Warranty covers the frame, strap and foam it does not include the lens.

The warranty does not cover product that is stolen, lost dropped, sat on, chewed by your pet or any other damaged caused by the consumer.

This warranty is extended to US residents only. For customers outside the US go to our dealer locator and enter your country or country nearest you to find a Utopia distributor to assist you.

For warranty processing please follow these steps.

1. Call Utopia (760) 918-9292 or email warranty@utopiaeyewear.com for instructions and return tracking information.
2. Ship your product for warranty with the instructed information:

We suggest that you send your goggles by a traceable method such as FEDEX or UPS as Utopia is not responsible for lost items or shipping charges to return goggles to Utopia.
